This video tutorial will show you how you can disable annoying UAC (User Account Control) message in Windows Vista.

  1. Go to Start. Click on Control Panel.
  2. Double click on 'User Accounts'. (Switch to classic view from top left menu, if you don't see User Accounts)
  3. Click on 'Turn User Account Control on or off'.
  4. Uncheck 'Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer.'
  5. Click OK. And restart computer. (It is pretty safe to turn off this feature. After all, you don't need permission to do things on your computer.)
